Official Rules

1. HERE'S HOW TO PLAY: Beginning 12:00PM (Noon) (ET) on 4/1/08 through 11:59:59AM (ET) on 6/30/08 ("Promotion Period") eligible residents of the 50 United States and Washington, DC, 18 years of age or older, may visit www.beautifyyourheart.com and follow the on-screen entry instructions to register your username and password, and play the instant win game for the chance to win one of 5 Daily Instant Win Prizes (total of 455 Instant Win Prizes available throughout the Promotion Period). After registering your username and password, you will be directed to a page showing an image of a heart. Follow instructions to "scratch off" the heart to reveal your Official Game Message. If your Official Game Message includes the word: "Congratulations!," followed by the name of a prize, you are an instant winner of the prize specified (subject to verification and eligibility). If your Official Game Message states, "Sorry!" or indicates any other non-winning message, or a blank screen appears, or you do not receive a message, you are not eligible to claim a prize. Winners will be determined through random computer generation methodology. Odds of winning will depend upon the date and time of your play. Winners will be notified by mail. Limit one instant win play per username/password per day. If more than one play is received per person per day, only the first such play received will be eligible.
2. ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open only to residents of the 50 United States and Washington, DC, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Procter & Gamble, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and internet agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state, municipal, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.
3. PRIZES: All 455 prizes, with a total approximate retail value of $8,008, are available to be won as follows: (91) Prize Packs each consisting of a gym towel, water bottle and a gym bag (one per day) (ARV: $56 per Prize Pack); (91) Prizes of a gym towel (one per day) (ARV: $8 ea.); (273) Prizes of a water bottle (3 per day) (ARV: $8 ea.). Prizes consist of only the item(s) specifically listed as part of the prize. Limit one prize per household.
4. GENERAL RULES: Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. No substitution or transfer of prize by any winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. All taxes and/or duties, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of winner. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. By accepting prize, winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) agree to hold Sponsor, its directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners' names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winners' list, unless prohibited by law. Entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless from and against any and all liability and damages. By participating in this promotion, entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the judges' decisions which are final.
   
   NOTICE TO ONLINE ENTRANTS: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Not responsible for faulty, incorrect or mistranscribed phone transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the promotion, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user's ability to participate in the promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the program; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration or security of the program as determined by Sponsor/judging agency/administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event of termination, a notice will be posted online and a random drawing to award the remaining prizes be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to termination. Any damage made to the Web Site will be the responsibility of the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like methods of participation will void all such submissions by such methods. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules. In the event of a production or other error, neither Sponsor nor its respective agents and agencies shall have any liability. If for any reason, including but not limited to an administrative, printing, production, computer or other error or due to technical difficulties or incorrect announcements of any kind, more winning official game messages are distributed, or more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded for any prize level according to these Official Rules, the intended prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified prize claims received for that prize level. In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more than the stated number of prizes. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the promotion or in the announcement of the prizes.
